It was such a fun and inspiring experience!
These days, in Hungary, the tattoo artist community has become a bit more fragmented — everyone is focused on their own work. Because of this, Oravecz Szabolcs and the Perfect Chaos Studio, organize this miracle its called Hungarian Waves, right in the heart of Budapest, at Mozsár utca 2.
Szabi invited around 50 tattooartists, and ask them to make a 50x70 size, fully analog art, in oriental style. 38 artists answer the call, and make the request, and do the requested image including me. It was an honor to take part, so there was no question about saying yes!
I did a Linocut print for this event, i hope the peoples are liked it. Everyone created something unique and personal, and you could really feel that energy through all the works on display. The exhibition quickly filled up — so many people came to see the creations.
I met a lot of friends and colleagues at the opening, and it was great to see new friendships forming, people reconnecting, and just enjoying the atmosphere together. The whole vibe of the exhibition was amazing.
I think i can speak for everyone, we are thankful for you Szabi and the entire Perfect Chaos Tattoo Studio, for making this event happen. We’re already looking forward to the next one!
